Much like how a sequel is just as good as the first film, “Star Wars”, “Terminator”, “How to Train Your Dragon”, “Dark Knight” Trilogy, “Alien” franchise etc., or book in this case, I find this a better read than the first “Artemis Fowl” outing. Here’s why;
There is more character development.
Intriguing plot and sub-plots.
Initially reluctant alliances are made (no spoilers here).
Interactions between certain characters (no spoilers here).
Overall, a very well-written read once again, not to mention entertaining.
