Now it is time for…Blast from the Past!
“The Goonies” released on this day June 7th 1985, making the film 35 years old as of today.
I can remember, I think I was between 17 and 18 when my dad got the DVD which I’m so glad I still have to this day. At first, I was unsure but then I had no idea what would happen next. I immediately fell in love with the movie and it has since then become one of my favourite 1985 films. Not to mention it features one of my favourite actors; Sean Astin.
Highly recommended to fans of 80s, adventure, and family films.
