Well-written and at times surprising, this is one novel that gives readers an intriguing exploration of the backstory of perhaps one of the most overlooked characters in literature, this being Antoinette Cosway, aka Bertha Mason from the literary classic “Jane Eyre” by Charlotte Bronte.
