Less than 5-word critique; entertaining, adorable, funny, witty, and heartfelt.

This is a GOOD read! I totally fell in love with the story and characters from day 1. A cute and funny enemies-to-lovers romance from start to finish. I also loved the family dynamics of both main characters; how supportive, loving and funnily blunt they are. I think future authors should take note from Liese by including songs for each chapter for emotional connection purposes, such a great idea. Every Willa and Ryder interaction is just too cute, hilarious and profound for words, so to speak. And for those who enjoy soccer, that is the main sport here. And I loved the fact that there was a main character that also served as disability representation. On an extra note, I pictured Jesse Plemons as Ryder.
I can’t wait to read more of the series as well as more Liese books in the future!
